Please read these terms carefully before registering for any event or using this website. By engaging with The Sacred Shell you enter into an agreement of mutual care, clarity, and respect.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or registering for any event, retreat, or programme offered by The Sacred Shell, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this site or registering for our offerings.
Event Registrations
Registration for an event constitutes an agreement to participate under the conditions described in the relevant event listing. Places are limited and are confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment. The Sacred Shell reserves the right to decline or cancel a registration at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are inclusive of all taxes unless stated otherwise. The Sacred Shell is not responsible for any bank or currency conversion fees applied by your financial institution.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 60 days before an event date are eligible for a full refund less any processing fees. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior will receive a 50% refund or a transferable credit. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, though credits may be issued at our discretion. If The Sacred Shell cancels an event, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
Conduct & Participation
All participants are expected to engage with respect, integrity, and care for the shared field. The Sacred Shell reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the safety or wellbeing of the group. No refund will be issued in such circumstances. By registering, you take responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, and programme materials — is the intellectual property of The Sacred Shell unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Sacred Shell will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in events or from use of this website, except where required by applicable law. We strongly recommend that participants carry appropriate personal travel and health insurance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
